| 2 bedrooms of a 3 bedroom semi furnished, newly renovated apartment are for rent. I'm in the mining industry and am away for 3 out of every 4 weeks, so for 3/4 of every month you will basically be renting a 2 bedder on your own.
The secure unit is positioned about halfway between Maroubra Beach and Maroubra Junction, has amazing city views, is newly renovated, large built ins and huge outdoor entertaining areas. Public transport is 100m from the front door and runs directly into the city. UNSW is around 10minutes away by bus. A single lock up garage also comes with the 2 rooms.
The common areas (lounge and dining) are furnished but your bedroom is not.
Rent is $520 pw for the 2 rooms or $260 each. Would prefer 2 professional, clean, friendly, non smoking females who would look after the new amenities.
