| Fully furnished room on Inkerman St. The room has a built-in robe, 1 x double sized bed, and has an ENSUITE. This is a ground floor apartment with a lovely courtyard. The apartment is very close to cafe lined Carlisle St and Chapel St. Less than 10mins walk to Balaclava train station, tram no. 3 & 16. There is a car spot also available.
I am an easy going, friendly person looking to share a lovely fully furnished apartment with another young professional. I am a community welfare worker and work full time. As I work most days during the week, on week nights I prefer to come home, make dinner and just relax. A typical weekend for me (if I am not working) involves catching up with friends, and going to church. A 6-12 months arrangement preferred.
