| We are currently looking for a new housemate! We have a room available now for rent!
The House is furnished and is a great house, very spacious for the area and there we even have a large backyard with courtyard as well, ducted heating throughout is a nice bonus in winter, The bedroom is unfurnished but best suits a queen size bed with plenty of room still, it has built in robes also.
great location too, 4 blocks to bay st, 1 block to tram stop to city, pub 100mtrs away, great location
$877(205pw) per month plus bills split evenly with all housemates, we also have a cleaner fortnightly
the housemates are a 35yo guy and a 29yo girl, (not a couple) both easy going,enjoy a social housemate.
no travellers or backpackers
