| Hello! We are looking to fill a room in our share house for July 1, 2013.
The house has four bedrooms and is in Chatswood, about a 6 minute walk from the train station and very close to all shops. You will be sharing with a married couple and two other young professionals.
The room available is large, nearly the same size as the master bedroom. It is painted a relaxing green with a bay window and built-in wardrobe. You will share a bathroom with the other two individuals and there is a second bathroom on the ground floor.
Rent is $250 for single and $300 for a couple, bond is $500. (To be confirmed.)
We are a lively house, and like to spend time and cook together each night. We are looking for someone who is:
- Also a young professional
- Clean and tidy and willing to pitch in for household upkeep
- Enjoys entertaining
- Friendly and willing to be our new friend
- Preferably non-smoker, sorry no pets without getting agreement from real estate agents
You'll enjoy living with us -- the house has a living room, study, upstairs lounge, eat-in kitchen, rumpus room with pool table, and outdoor BBQ & sitting area.
Close to all Chatswood amenities. |
