| Hi there
One bedroom available in two room shared apartment in Ripponlea.
BOND is one month rent in advance - $740 and monthly rent will be due in Mid March.
The room is pretty decent sized, with a double wardrobe...enough bedroom space for double bed, drawers etc.
You would be sharing with just myself, and just the one bathroom.
The place is on Quat Quatta Avenue, in Ripponlea. Great location! Close to all amenities including the train station which is just a 5 min walk, also there is a tram on Brighton rd which is a 7 min walk which goes as far as Carnegie or North up to Melbourne Central and further. Shops 2 minutes inclusive of lovely cafes, coin laundry (we have one on site also), butchers, fruit shops, IGA - everything you could need really!
A bit about myself...I'm 24, a Kiwi - lived in Melbourne for around 8 months. Pretty social and like to keep fit and healthy, not too keen on anybody who wants people over all the time partying etc but on occassion is fine ;)
My current housemate is taking most of the furniture so any loungesuite etc would be desireable however I will be looking into getting a few bits sorted.
The room itself is not furnished at all so you will need to provide that for yourself.
