| Living as close to the water as it gets and have your private beach access
We, Australian girl and German guy in our late 30s are seeking for the right type person and NOT the "right couple" to share this amazing place with us.
On the Eastern Hill of Manly right at the waters edge of its harbour, it is located super quietly but still so close to the centre (3mins by bike and 10mins walking).
The most fantastic thing about our place is that it really does have access to a private beach, which is a dream spot not only when it is packed at the main beach of Manly - as you can see on the picture.
It is a 3.5 bedroom townhouse, but the 4th room is in a little sloped and we decided to only use it for guests and storage.
You would be sharing the main bathroom with shower and bath together with my female flat mate. I got one and won't be using it and we also have a guest toilet in the living area.
The room has a balcony attached overlooking the harbour. Therefore it is not only very light, but also gives you a private outdoor space.
The whole house is very nicely furnished and we have got internal laundry as well as dish washer.
On top of the monthly rent is $17/months for internet and $27/fortnight. Electricity is usually between 300-400 per quarter split by the 3 of "us".
We both are very chilled and do have a social chat or glass or bbq, but not as much as we would like as we are both out quite frequently enjoying the beach, yoga, beach volleyball or simply a pick nick or dinner with friends - maybe even a drink and a "wiggle" ;-)
