The house is very conveniently located close (1min walk) to public transport hubs, both buses and ferries, and is within walking distance to the CBD, cafes, KP cliffs and recreational areas. The house is a 2 storey split development and we are located on the second level with full height secured verandas (the downstairs neighbour is as silent as a mouse). The house also has 1 x off street parking space available. We are ideally seeking a professional male between the age of 25 to 40 and you will be sharing with two females between this age. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful.
