Hi! I am looking for a 3rd flatmate to share our beautiful 3 bedroom aprtment in the heart of Cremorne. The bedroom is queen size and unfurnished. There is an undercover lock up garage (parking spot not included in price but can be added or there's some visitor spots undercover and street parking out the front). Currently it is myself (29 year old female who works in the fitness indusrty) and another girl (also 29 and works in childcare). We did have a 3rd flatty but sadly, she has had to move out and head back to her parents due to illness so we are on the hunt for someone new! We are pretty laid back, busy through the week, chilled in the evenings, social or relaxed come the weekend. We also have a little cat who is super friendly and loves attention :)
The rent is $225 per week and we'd need you to sign the lease as you'll be taking over our 3rd flatmates part of the lease and pay a $900 bond. The lease is until March next year.
