| I am a single mum with two teenagers that live with me 50% of the time.
I have two cats that live inside and are not allowed out - this is why I can't have other pets in the house.
I would prefer someone with a reasonably quiet lifestyle.
The room faces the sun so can get quite warm. It has a double open-outwards wardrobe and is light and sunny. The wall in this room is adjoining to the neighbour's study in their townhouse. There is no Air-con but if you have a portable you are welcome to use it. I don't have a bed in there, but could provide a small desk & chair if required. Parking is on the road outside the house
Rent $$ includes all amenities - Electricity/Water/Phone/Internet but not meals.
You will need to be responsible for your own food/cooking as I am often out and about either running the kids around or visiting.
