looking for: 2 professional, friendly females (ideally) to share in an established household with 1 female, and 1 male in a spacious 4-bedroom house in richmond
location: richmond. 5 min walk to bridge rd, or richmond station. 30 mins walk to south yarra, or city, or tram to either in 10 mins.
rent: 638-850 (depending on whether all rooms are rented or only 3)
bills: approx 100-250 per person
room #1: approx 4x3.5m, with built-in shelves, tiled floor. south facing, directly on a quiet street.
room #2: approx 4x3.5m, no built-in shelves, carpeted floor. west facing, onto a covered patio with a shading tree.
main bathroom: indoor big, for use by female housemates and guests.
small bathroom: outdoor, shower/toilet, for use by all and the token male.
the living room: spacious, sunny, perfect for lazy afternoons, or communal dinner parties.
kitchen/dining: large, suitable for group cooking/eating.
backyard: city views, covered bbq patio, projector wall/inflatable pool area
parking: secure off-street parking for 2-3 cars.
furniture: house is fully furnished and stocked. only need your own bedroom furniture.
the household: 2 social, professionals. quiet during the week, active on weekends. enjoy cooking, socialising, chatting.
