| Room with en-suite $350pw inc bills.
The house currently has 2 women in their 50's, and we are looking for a 3rd female.
They both work full time, Sue in a legal firm, and Julie is an early childhood teacher.
Sue is a smoker, but only outside.
The house is in a quiet leafy street, 6 minutes walk from the train station. It is a passive solar design with lots of windows and feels light and spacious. It has a back yard and vegie garden.
The kitchen has new electric oven and dishwasher, and there is a front loading washing machine, but no electric dryer. |
