I need a room that is clean and has no mould. Otherwise im not too picky. I have a futon so an empty room is fine but as im not too picky it can have furmiture. A wardrobe or in built in would be perfect if on offer.
I don't mind male or female flatmates.
Im a good cook, clean/ tidy but not over the top tidy.
