| Aussie family of four with father working as a building manager in Sydney CBD & a Filipino mother who is a full time house wife. With two adult working children, living downstairs.
Currently we have four brand new just completed bedrooms available on the 1st floor of our house, three have just been taken with one other bedroom with a balcony still available. Also on that floor there is two separate toilets and two showers.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, TV, study desk & builtin wardrobe which includes all utilities and cable WiFi internet.

Tenants or Students that are looking for a friendly safe homely environment.
Sydney University is 7.3 kms away taking 20 minutes by bus.
University of Technology is 8 kms away taking 22 mins by bus.
University New South Wales is 9.7 kms away, taking 51 mins by bus and train.
International Airport 4.1 kms away. We can arrange to pick you up and drop you off from the airport.
We are situated in Earlwood Sydney, 100 metres away from the Cooks river, 14 minute walk to Tempe Station and a 6 minute walk to Illawarra road bus stop.
We live in a area that is quiet and tranquil with parks and cycling tracks running along the Cooks river where you can cycle, canoe and do fishing, but less than 10kms from Sydney's central business district.

| Moving into this flat just a couple of min away from Beach on the 29th May and looking for a flatmate.
The flat is newly renovated (including kitchen and bathroom) situated in a small boutique block of eight. It has timber floorboards throughout, internal laundry, and a huge common backyard. It's conveniently located to buses, and just minutes away from shops, cafes and bars.
I'm currently renting out the second bedroom which faces the common backyard and offers privacy. The bedroom is currently unfurnished.
I'm 30 years originally from Sweden and moved to Sydney about a year ago. I work within as a management consultant and moving to Bondi to enjoy more of the beach living lifestyle. Enjoy being active and catching up with friends on weekends. Love water sports and hoping to improve my surfing skills by living closer to the beach.
Also enjoy the better things in life with good food, great wine and travelling. The combination of offering each other privacy but also being able to hang out and grab a drink is essential for a nice house vibe.
Looking for a like-minded person to call this new flat home.

| Hello I live in a super cute cottage close to the train in leafy Potts Point.
I have two small dogs, a lovely back garden, wifi, Apple TV, a large fridge and freezer, Netflix, washing machine and dryer. I'm also walking distance to Sydney CBD and kings cross station.
The room is furnished with wardrobe, cupboard, single bed, lamp, TV, bookshelf. So you literally just need to move in. I have linen and towels for you.
Ideally I'm looking for someone who is new to sydney. Avail may 31 for a four month sub let while my housemate is overseas. Lease ends end of September. Can be flexible - so if this doesn't work let me know. Ideally looking for someone to take the place the whole time.
The house is small so it's not a place for guests, however you are close to cafes restaurants parks etc.
I'm fun friendly, love a chat and a wine. Price is 330 per week paid up front. All bills included.
Your room is fully furnished- just move in and enjoy. This is ideal for someone who is transitioning or travelling. Please note - the bedroom featured in the pictures is yours, however it has been refurbished since that picture was taken. All furniture is plain timber now.
