You’ll be living with 2 Japanese couples(27 – 35yo)all into art and music and all working in cafes and restaurants. They are really beautiful friendly people and rock at cooking! Ryo and Coco have a dog Ren are really easy to get along with.
Chill and Mai are more quiet busy couple, are usually free weekends and are happy to talk to and hangout with. It’s a super friendly easy going house. Not a party house. Most people work afternoon/ night but are really quite and respectful when they come home. I work days and don't hear them when i’m sleeping.
$720 a month not including Bills. $600 Bond. Broad Band Internet

I have just rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a fabulous, brand new building in St Kilda and I am renting out the other room for $247.50 per week. Bills are extra - water/gas/electricity/internet.
Your room has built in robes with full length mirrors and the room is unfurnished. As there are 2 bathrooms, you will have the main bathroom to yourself. The apartment has a large living space with fully equipped kitchen, balcony, aircon, dishwasher.
There is off street parking, a secure bike area and also a storage cage in the basement. The building has a communal BBQ and living/entertainment area. There is also a GOGET car share system in the building if you want to rent a car.
The apartment is just beside the number 67/3 tram stop and is a 3 minute walk to St Kilda junction for lots of other tram route options. It is about a 10 min walk to Windsor train station. |

The property is owned and occupied by a 42 yr old professional female. One cat. Sorry no other pets, as my cat will freak out ;-) I am currently going through a career change and will be undertaking 2 more years of uni or work to become a psychologist 2017-18 (I was a teacher until recently).
I am looking for one person (female preferred) to pay $160-180 per week plus share bills (or include the bills in the weekly rent). You need to be working please, with stable employment. No drug takers pls (smoking ok), and no extreme party animals. Very loud people will not suit.
