| Hello!
I have a room available in my Bondi apartment located on Bondi Road. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Bondi Junction and a 10-15 minute walk to Bondi Beach, Tamarama & Bronte beaches. The bus stop is right across the road (buses 333, 380 & 381), there are also many shops and cafes located just a short walk down Bondi Rd.
The room available is originally a sunroom so it is quite small. Currently there is a queen size bed in there which fits but doesn't allow much room either side of the bed. The room is bright with high ceilings and has space at the end of the bed for a closet. The furniture in there belongs to my current housemate, however the room will come unfurnished (I may be able to supply a bed frame but no mattress for a double bed).
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The living space is modern with high ceilings, has an enormous couch with a big TV, DVD player, foxtel & wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and anything else you may need. We also have an internal laundry with a washing machine. There is a small courtyard at the back of the property with a clothesline and i have a garage if you need to store a few items.
I'm 25 and I work in childcare. I like to be active and exercise, get down to the beach during summer and love going out on the weekends and having dinner with my girlfriends. I don't mind the occasional night in on the couch though. I'm looking for a female housemate (sorry guys) who is between 20 - 30yo to move into the available room. You will have a full time job and be able to pay rent & bills on time every week, be tidy & willing to clean the apartment in turns (i'm not OCD with the whole cleaning thing but as long as the apartment is kept tidy). Someone who is wanting to stay long term.
Please note this is not a party house. The room is available now.
These bills are non negotiable, bond & 2 weeks rent will be paid upfront.
Bond: $810
Rent: $255 per week
Foxtel: $24.50 per month
Internet: $35 per month
Gas & Electricity: Paid quarterly (both bills usually around $80 each)
