Room to rent, looking in or around the St Kilda area or surrounding suburbs and within proximity of public transport (tram / trams). Needing to move out before the end of September.
I am 36 (male) and have been finishing a Comercial Cookery Diploma and also currenting studying Events and Business Management. Furthermore I am a Computer Geek and Photographer (So I am good with all things technical and known for goodie bags from media events)
Being a student I need a nice room, good lighting and basic peace and quiet. Were I live the persons in the house play loud music till 1am at times, there is a screeching sulpher crested cockatoo next door, in the midsts of all this the house is under renovations (inc upcoming asbestos removal) so at times in can be hard to study. Being close to the cbd I could utilize libraries
I do not ask for very much, I am self sufficient and happy to socialize at times though my studies are my main drive so at times I can be found up till 2 am writing essays and completing presentations, if I do play music I use headphones.
Rarely do I play loud music unless I am alone or its ok'd with other persons sharing the house/apartment. I love Blues, Jazz, Classical, 80's and light rock. I love movies and have a collection of over 380 DvD's and a collection of selected television programs.
As mentioned I am a photographer, I cover many events in and about Melbourne so I have been know to be out late at night, part of my reasons for wanting to live in St Kilda or surrounding suburbs so that I am closer proximity to my work.
Happy to answer any questions or queries, however time is off the essence and I am wanting to move pretty quickly to cause as little impact to my studies as possible.
