| Hi there,
We have an ENORMOUS room to rent in our very awesome stand alone house in a great Richmond location, just off Victoria street. The room has SO much storage you'll think the wardrobe has taken things to Narnia. The house has a great backyard with plenty of space to chill and enjoy the sunshine. The house is fully furnished (except the bedroom) so couches/tables/tv's need not apply. We also have ducted heating!
We are Sally and Alex. This is now our third house that we are sharing together so we have a pretty good routine on cooking/cleaning/tidying. We would like to have a house mate who does not sit and play video games for hours everyday (been there, done that, lesson learned). We would like someone who is socialable and considerate. Prefer someone who is studying/working and can pay bills on time! Smoking is allowed outside only.
A bit about us...
Sally is a social worker, working in Fitzroy and Alex is working at a research call centre in the city. We are in our early 20's and would like someone in their 20's or early 30's. We like to have a casual drink and have a few friends over every now and then. We are not a raging party house and tend to try and keep the party out at all of the great bars/pubs melbourne has to offer!
Rent is $220 for a single or $270 for a couple p/w plus bills (gas, electricty, water and internet). Moving date is negotiable for the right person but hoping to have someone move in ASAP!
