| My brother recently landed an exchange in the US for his final semester at uni and will be expected to be away for a minimum 6 months (possibly longer), so I'm looking for someone to move in whilst he is away. Room will be available from the 1st October.
I am looking for a clean, tidy, considerate and friendly (and who has preferably lived in a shared flat/house before) young professional around 25-30 to move into the double bedroom (with access to the balcony/patio). Photos to come! A bit about me - I'm a 28 year old female, working professional. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and leading a healthy lifestyle, listening to music, freelance writing, movies, art exhibitions, cooking and dining (huge foodie!) and travelling whenever time affords me to :) I'm pretty social so usually am out most of the week and weekends too.
Rent is $250 p/w excluding bills and includes:
-Fully furnished apartment (except bed sheets/linen and towels)
-Close access to public transport and shops. The apartment is around the corner (2 streets away if you want to be specific) from South Yarra station and Chapel Street and near all amenities such as bank, post office, cinema, supermarket, GPs, park, gym, cafes and restaurants, petrol station are all within 5-10 minute walk away
-Apartment is on the 6th floor with balcony and electric bbq, perfect in Summer
Bills and utilities will be split and are not included in rent. The room is available for a minimum 6 months rent from early October. Also, note that this is not a party flat. I like to chill-out and relax after I come home from work and am looking for a like-minded individual to move in.
