| I am looking for a person/s ( if two people then $ 500 for the two rooms available per week ) currently the occupiers are a couple who share the big room as a bedroom and use the other room an an office and storage - to share a 3 bedroom semi in a much sought after area in Randwick ( close to the many shops - transport - Ritz and within walking distance to Coogee Beach ) This is a new lease and the lease expires in September of next year 2012 - The house is furnished except for the bedrooms to rent - there are no built ins - the house is newly painted - polished floorboards - high ceilings - back garden which needs a bit of TLC ( getting there slowly ! ) the house is spacious with a large separate dining area and large separate living area - there is a foxtel connection - a very comfortable - clean and friendly home |
