| A double room is available to rent in a modern, spacious house in the trendy Collingwood area. Both singles and couples welcome.
The town house is in a two bed roomed, fully furnished house with a modern decor. The welcoming bright and open lounge and kitchen are situated on the second floor, along with a balcony perfect for entertaining guests. It is just a 5 minute walk from the trendy bars and restaurants on Smith Street, a fantastic location for jumping on the Eastern Freeway, and within 5 minutes of trains (Victoria Park/Clifton Hill) and trams (86/112), all taking only 15 minutes to get to the CBD.
The house has been recently refurbished, allowing for a clean and modern feel to the property. The room has a built-in robe, and is easily large enough to fit a Queen-sized bed. The room also has an en-suite with large bath and separate shower (there is another toilet available up stairs for guests). All rooms have split system air-conditioning.
The current tenants are a laid back, social couple in their mid 20s, both working in professional jobs.
The room would be $320 a week ($1387 per month paid on the 1st of the month, and bond equalling one month rent), and which would include the garage for off street parking/storage. On street parking is also available. Tenants would be expected to contribute towards bills- gas, electricity and internet.
The room is available from 1st December, though the move in date is negotiable.
