Exclusive use of resort style facilities including two heated swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and a fully equipped gymnasium. Located in ‘Balmain Shores’, the apartment offers easy living just minutes walk to Darling Street’s café and restaurant strip and express public transport. The apartment features open plan living, modern kitchen and bathrooms, internal laundry, built in wardrobes, security and direct lift access. It is fully furnished with new modern furniture (except bedroom).
Rent is $335 per week (excluding utility bills). Bond is $1,440. Shared utility bills (including foxtel). The advertised room has the use of it's own bathroom, given that there are 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms in the apartment. I am currently living in the advertised bedroom but am going to be relocating into larger bedroom.
I am a 26 year old Irish female professional. I work full time in the city in a law firm, my hours are usually 8.30am–6pm depending on the work load. I have a pretty busy lifestyle, enjoy going out with friends and daily exercise. I’m a fun and easy going person and love making new friends. I’m also very clean and considerate.
I am looking for a young professional (female) with a similar lifestyle. Someone who has a positive outlook and happy nature, clean, considerate and good company.
