| Hey there - I am unfortunatly leaving my room in an amazing 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the North end of Newtown. 5 minute walk to King Street. So close to food, transport etc.
Large complex and secure building. Clean, airy and great sunlight.
Large bedroom with built in wardrobe and own bathroom (shower/bath)
Sharing with one professional male who works M-F
Room comes fully furnished with Queen bed and side table but can also be unfurnished if required.
House is fully furnished and has great views and a massive balcony for BBQ's.
Looking for someone who wants a clean and respectable place to live. I am moving in with my partner so sad to leave after 2 great years.
Taking interest. Room can be available within a week or two if the right person is found :) Alternitively the room can be filled in December (before Christmas) or after Christmas (first two weeks if January)
$285 per week + split bills (gas/electricity/internet)
Opportunity to go on the lease as well
