Balcony receives good shade during summer due to trees on the street, and is perfect for a cool drink on a hot summer day. Kitchen comes equipped with gas stovetop and electric oven. Apartment has gas-heated hot water for washing and showers. Lease ends September 15 2013. Bond is $597.50. Rent is $803.72 per calendar month or $185.47 per week.
