| Detailed Description |
| We have a very large room available in our modern townhouse in the heart of Balaclava, within minutes walk to the train station, tram stops, shops and more. Perfectly located for commuting to the city (14mins to Flinders from Balaclava station) and a short stroll from St Kilda and the beach.
We are on a quiet street just off Carlisle with plenty parking if you have a car – one side is permit but you can always find a spot in the permit free.
The house: central heating/cooling, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, lounge with big screen tv, foxtel & aircon, kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with drinks fridge, washing machine and dryer and outdoor patio and garden with bbq and shed.
The house is fully furnished – all you need is a bed and yourself. There are two stand-alone cupboards and some drawers in the room.
The housemates: Sam & Tracey who are both in their 20’s share 1 of the rooms. Sam works in construction and Tracey in IT. Sam is from New Zealand and Tracey from the country with the best rugby team in the world, South Africa. Sonja is in the other room, just turned 30 and also from South Africa.
Looking for a guy to equal out the numbers.
We’re a laid back bunch, enjoy firing up the bbq (braai) and having a few bevs when we can. We’re looking for a housemate who is in their 20’s/early 30’s and enjoys being part of a houseshare.
Rent: $1000 per month ($230 pw). Rent is due on the 10th of every month. Bond $1090.
Bills: split evenly but approx $100 per month
Room is available immediately. We are doing viewings Thursday 06/12/12 and on the weekend.
