| Are you looking for friendly non-smoking character to SHARE A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN RANDWICK with? Read ME!
If you’ve been looking for a while, you’ll soon find out that my flat is indeed similiar to all the others, it has walls and ceileing, near new carpets, internal laundry, quite nicely furnished and most of the times very tidy.
I recycle and have gas facilities, in case you’re an environmentalist. Pirates might appreciate my flat screen TV and unlimited high speed internet.
Your own room could be FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED, tidy or untidy – if you close the door your privacy is none of my business – BUT (there is always a but aye) I beg you not to smoke there and give me some notice of possible visitors.
THE LOCATION IS GREAT – you can hear the Randwick races when they’re on but otherwise it’s pretty quiet. You could throw a stone at the Randwick village or UNSW how close it is (but you wouldn’t – we keep it civilised here!). If you jog about 10 mins east – you’ll find yourself at COOGEE BEACH! Yay!
I’m reasonably healthy 26 year old female with dry wit and pretty face that can also hold a good convo. I’m a full time travel agent, travelling is my passion and so is sport, my friends and the beach.
That’s all I can tell you for free – if you’re interested the offer is $260 PER WEEK ALL BILLS, INTERNET AND A SMILE INCLUDED. Does a minimum 3 weeks bond sound fair too??
