| My roomie and I are looking for a easy going person to share with.
You need to be clean and tidy, considerate, fun to be around and like one of the following TV series - Big Bang Theory, Weeds, Scrubs, Skins or SpongeBob SquarePants :)
We have two double rooms available, and one of them is separate to the house. The rent is $150 per week, bills are NOT included. There is one bathroom, but the toilet is separate. Wireless internet is available, but at extra charge! Our lease is only 6months at the moment, so its only a short lease, but we're looking to extend to 12months :)
Its only a 1.4km walk to the station, its a 20min drive to the CBD.
Please contact us to make a time to meet up and have coffee/see the room.
Anyone who moves in will have a 1 month 'trial' period, if at the end of that we still like you and you still like us you can stay! |
