| It is a generous size master bedroom big enough for a queen bed, large wardrobe, microwave, desk ... plus ensuite and its own balcony. Enter the unit's front door and your bedroom door is next. It is separated from the rest of the unit by a stair with a door, so you are very private. No sharing / you do not have access to the rest of the unit.
It is in a new unit complex with security intercom - about 8 minutes walk to Roseville station, 9 minutes walk to Lindfield station, or 30 minutes walk to Chatswood station - there are many restaurants and shops near all of those stations.
I supply a microwave and fridge but you will make your own arrangements for cooking and laundry - that is why it is a moderate price for a luxury standard.
