| I’m looking for a professional in their mid 20’s to 30’s to share my recently renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, waterfront apartment in Drummoyne. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of natural light and polished floors throughout. The view definitely puts a smile on my face.
The available room has built in’s and is a good size for a queen bed. You would also have your own bathroom and a secure car spot if required.
The third bedroom is set up as a study/spare room as I quite often work from home. This would be made available if you have visiting friends/family.
It’s a very convenient location, close to the buses and ferry, and less than 15 mins into the city from the front door.
About me: I’m 29 year old male and work in finance. I like my sport and (trying to) stay fit. I occasionally fire up the kitchen and love a good BBQ, but alas, I have found that there are far too many good takeaway joints around here! I like a few beers or a wine every now and again but my raging days are behind me. I’m pretty laid back, sociable, and know how to respect space.
Rent: $290 per week
Bond: 2 Weeks Rent
