| Detailed Description |
| Room available to rent in our house. The room is a double bedroom, and a cupboard can be supplied if desired.
With views to the ocean, the house is a 4 bedroom house featuring a large kitchen and jarrah floorboards throughout, on an 800 square metre block. We have a lovely garden, pool and outdoor area for entertaining. Parking is ample.
Situated in Joondalup, the location is convenient to ECU Joondalup, shops, and public transport. There are also multiple parks around the house.
You would be sharing with us, a young couple (23 and 27) who own the house. We are both non smokers. We are both working and so long as you're tidy and pay the rent on time, we are easygoing. Bills will be split.
We have a dog (a female beagle named Indie) and a cat, so obviously you would need to accept that. We are also willing to consider a flatmate with a dog on a case-by-case basis.
Ideally you will be male or female, a non smoker, and between the ages of 22-30 years old. We are also willing to consider couples, but please note rent will then be $250 per week.
