- Located in a superb location within easy walking distance of Coles, Woolworths, Townhall station, Wynyard station, Darling harbour, State library of NSW, restaurants, clubs, bars.
- 2 weeks deposit, $120 key deposit, 2 weeks rent in advance.
- It's not allowed to bring out sider friend into the flat for all flatmate's comfortable living enviroment and security. And preferred tidy and easy going, pollite people.
