| Double bedroom available, with ensuite and parking, in Kardinya. Not available to couples, individuals only. Extremely private as not facing any other houses and also room is very safe as room has its own lock. Has a spacious walk-in wardrobe, bookshelf, 2 sets of narrow tall boy drawers, 2 side cabinets which are used as bedside tables, a large floor fan, a desk chair, a large long desk and a lamp. Room also comes with bedding which includes duvet, 2 pillows, bed sheet and cases for duvet and pillows, not the set shown in the picture. Ensuite has a walk-in shower
House has a large kitchen with all facilities required, i.e. fridge, freezer, oven, grill, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, cutlery, crockery, cooking untensils plus more. There is a large living room with a sofa and TV and a dining area with a table and chairs. Wash area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Also has a clothes line area to dry clothes. Parking is in a large double garage which has clicker to open it. House has internet is not part of the costs but can be easily provided by talking to one of the other flatmates who has it setup already.
Very close to Murdoch University, Kardinya shopping centre, which includes, Coles, K-Mart and a few restaurants also. Not far from Garden City and other amenities in Melville. Bus stop just a few metres down the road and also very close to Murdoch train station, so easy to commute from if you do not have a car.
