| Up for rent is the entire lower level of our three storey residence.
This modern area is fully furnished and comprises of a wrought iron four post queen size bed with a small lounge room area including leather lounge and television.
The room also includes its own bathroom and has external side access. The sliding doors open to a large deck overlooking a decked swimming pool.
There's a bar with tea making facilities, a small fridge and room for a microwave.
You will also have access to our kitchen for cooking etc.
The house is a three minute walk to the nearest bus stop and takes you direct to Jannali train station. From there is a 50 minute train trip to the city, or 15 minutes to Cronulla Beach.
If you have a car there is on street parking outside the house.
The house is in a beautiful bush land setting overlooking the Woronora River and would suit a professional looking for the quieter life. We are a family with small children and both work. We are easy going and enjoy socialising as well as our peace and quiet.
Rent is $300 per week with a 2 week bond payable before taking up residence. This includes all bills.
