| Hi! We have a big room available in a beautiful new townhouse in Fairfield.
- 10 mins walk to Fairfield railway
- 5 mins walk to Station St shops
- 15 mins walk to High Street, Northcote Plaza and 86 tram
- Bedroom is large enough for a big bed and furniture (no built-in robe)
- Massive modern kitchen, dining room and upstairs deck
- Air-conditioning and heating throughout
- Undercover parking and off-street parking
- Smoking outside only
Rent is $170-175/week plus bills.
You will be living with two 24 year old females, one student who works weekends and one working full-time during the week, one vegetarian and one carnivore, one non-smoker and one outside only smoker. We are very friendly and easy to live with, often hang out and have a drink at night, don't really share meals due to different diets but share basic groceries. We are very easy going, happy to hang out or give you your own space.
