| Hi there. My name is Patrick and I'm a 41 yr old single guy who's looking to share either an apartment or townhouse in Newtown, Sydney.
I'm hoping to find a place to share with other people aged between 30-40 yrs old. I work full time at the International airport for Montblanc where I sell duty free luxury pens, watches and leather goods.
I am looking for a medium sized room that's big enough for my bed and other pieces of furniture. I am a non smoker and I would prefer to share with other non smokers. I'm a very clean and tidy guy, and I am happy to help out with the house cleaning.
I am looking to pay around $200 a week in rent as I get paid fortnightly. I am also willing to pay two weeks rent in bond. I like pets such as cats and dogs, but I don't have any of my own. I am also happy to share a bathroom with others.
I'm a easy going kind of guy with a quiet personality, I don't do drugs and I pay my rent and my share of bills on time. |
