Facilities: There is a good gym, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts and plenty of parking.
Great location: close to buses, trains and shops, close to Kings Street/Newtown, Erskineville pubs, Sydney Park.
As for me. I am a 34 year old professional guy. I'm pretty friendly, social but also respectful of personal space, neat and house share trained :)
Pretty chilled out Mon-Fri nights as I work during the week, but don't mind the occasional wine or beer on the weeknights and do like fitness training. Come the weekend I'm usually out and about spending time with friends. I'm love good people, great music, movies, surfing, triathlons, coffee and food.
