* I am looking for a friendly housemate to share my first floor 2 bedroom apartment
* The lounge has a balcony off it, large flatscreen TV and sofabed for guests to stay

* The sunny rear garden is great to relax in with its garden furniture, Jacaranda and Frangipani trees
* There’s also an undercover outdoor entertaining area with large barbie

* Large kitchen with all modern appliances

About me
* I am in my 30s
* I emigrated to Sydney 7 years ago from England & became an Aussie citizen in 2008
* I run my own personal concierge company, so if you want to know what's going on in Sydney, how to get sold out tickets or where the hottest new restaurant is, I would be glad to give that info for free to my housemate.
* At weekends, I like to hit the beach, snorkel at Clovelly (the best spot for miles around), maybe have a barbie & catch up with friends. In the week, I go to the movies occasionally & am a regular trivia team member

* I am looking for someone in their 30s
* I would like someone who will stay for at least 6 months
