The location is extremely accessible with public transport and the Princess Hwy within a 2km radius. It is also situated a few minutes walk from a great gym; Dan Murphys; and a Safeway, whilst being only a 20 minute walk from the very popular Werribee Plaza
Individual facilities include: two bedrooms; bathroom; and toilet. Shared facilities include: two lounges; kitchen; a space in the double remote access garage; a huge backyard with shed; and an outdoor entertainment area with coonara.
All shared areas are fully furnished. You will need to supply your own furniture for the bedroom areas.
Utilities include home phone; cable internet; heating; cooling; dishwasher; fridge; and washing machine.
I have been residing in this house with my 6 yr old female kelpie cross for the past 12 months. Due to a change in my circumstances however, I am looking to share my living accommodation. I am a 25 year old female, and I work long shift hours on a rotating roster – this will allow you privacy and solitude, whilst co-habiting with me.
Rent for the property is $1344 per calendar month – this rent will be divided according to the number of tenants. For example: 2 tenants = $672 each per month; 3 tenants = $448 each per month. The tenant bond will be one months rent, payable upon the first day of occupancy. Utilities, (namely gas, electricity, water and telephone/internet) will also be divided equally between the number of tenants.
