| A bright and airy bedroom with walk-in robe available for rent in a warm, fully furnished two bedroom Terrace in Chippendale. Tucked quietly behind Notre Dame University, this convenient Terrace is minutes from public transport, Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Station. With high-ceilings and a big sunny window, the room is offered unfurnished however furniture can be arranged at an additional costs to be negotiated. We are seeking a friendly housemate who enjoys their own space, cleans up after themselves, is currently employed full-time and likes to have a couple of cheeky beers with us on a weekend. You will be sharing the Terrace with a professional couple in their late 20's/early 30's. The rent for the room will be $280 per/week not including bills (electricity, gas & internet) with unlimited wifi internet available @ $20 p/month.
