| We are 3 students (2 men and 1 girl), we are looking for 2 people plus
The apartment has 3-bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms; One room has 1 bunk bed, a desk, big closet and clothes shelves.
The apartment is fully furnished, so just bring in your suitcases.
The apartment is located right in the CBD, only 5 mins walk to Southern Cross Station, 15 mins walk to the State library and it is surrounded by many trams!
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, sociable and friendly to join us. We enjoy talking to each other and sometimes we cook and share dinner, but we'll also respect your own space and privacy.
The rental fee is $210/week (conversable). Bond is $420 (conversable). the bills are not included (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Minimum stay is 2 months.
Very suitable for students, working holiday visas or backpackers.
