| Detailed Description |
| this is a 3br hom with very large kitchen & medium lounge room with natural light. Small but practical laundry room, bath & shower plus broadband internet if desired. Decent sized backyard with herbs & vegies plus a carport used for extra storage space & ping pong table. We have most of the house furnished and don't need much more but have a bit of storage space if required.
Location is conveniently located near trams & train stations. 7/11 close by for milk & such, supermarket is only a few blocks away while the city is only a $10 taxi or 2 train stops away. There is a big park at end of street which backs onto Yarra bike trail and River which is perfect for running or bike rides.
We have 1 x vacant med sized Room which is $180 per week (+ 1mth bond). The room is able to fit a queen sized bed, clothes hanger and table if necessary.
We also have 1 x Studio/storage space for 50$ per week (+ 1 mths bond). The studio/storage space which is 6.1x2.5m looks onto the backyard, has a toilet, sink and broadband internet.
Should the new flatmate wish to rent both BR & Studio the total rent per week would be $230 and $996 per month.
My name is Simon (32yo), I live here with Ramon (36yo). We are an easygoing, creative gay couple that both work PT know how to use a vacuum and are generally out during the day on weekdays and some weekends. I study the music industry FT and work PT in the city, love to have my quiet time as much as I love my social time with friends.
Ramon is from Venezuela and works different jobs while allowing time to focus on his art exhibitions and writing novels. We are both down to earth guys looking for someone reliable with a good sense of humour.
