Air conditioning
Flat also has a large sized balcony for entertaining PLUS a BBQ! - Flat will come with some furnishings, however, you are more than welcome to contribute. Bedrooms will be unfurnished.
New carpet laid in all bedrooms 1 week prior to moving in so will be fresh on the feet :)
Secured entry
Must be available to move in on the 20th July. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent will need to be paid prior to moving in on the 20th. Call to arrange a viewing and meet flatmate. I will be moving in on the 20th also, however, it is available for viewings so I can take you through.
Ideally want a social, clean house but no parties with like-minded people. |
