| Hi,
I am a 32 yr old Female looking for someone clean and tidy to share my unit with. Females preferred however am open to guys too, depends on the person :)
I have a room available for rent in my top floor 2 bed unit in Sutherland for a 6 month term at the moment.
The unit is fully furnished, however the bedroom in question is unfurnished. The room has a built in mirrored wardrobe.
The unit has an internal laundry, dishwasher, microwave, air con, foxtel, home phone, internet. There is a double lock up garage, which you will get half of. The unit is a decent size and so is the balcony, so plenty of room!
Rent is $250 per week which includes all bills, but doesn't include food/groceries.
I have 2 ragdoll cats who are extremely placid, so I really need someone who likes cats!
I am easy going and down to earth.
