| Hey! We’re looking for a human of average or above average likeability and sharehouse etiquette to move into our rad place in Footscrazy ASAP!
Housemates: We’re 3 unpretentious Aussie guys in our mid-late twenties; one studying audio production, one studying politics/general humanities stuff, and one who’s just finished engineering. We like things like music, chilling with beers/wine, goldfish, food, and probably a lot of other stuff.
Suburb: Really close to Victoria University, 3 minute walk to 82 tram, 10-15 minute walk to Footscray Station and Footscray Markets/Town Centre. Footscray is actually a pretty rad suburb and I challenge you not to enjoy the delicious “Olympic” doughnuts available next to the station!
House: The place has 4 bedrooms, a cute kitchen, eccentric triangle living room, and a big backyard where we like to have beers/wine every now and then. Smokers are welcome, but we generally don’t smoke cigs unless there is an occasion and/or some lightly applied peer (or beer) pressure!
Room: The room is a decent size and comes furnished (if you want) with a bed and some pretty big, useful shelves. You can remove anything from the room and bring your own stuff if you want.
You: Ideally you are unpretentious, are at least vaguely interesting, are clean-ish, and are respectful. If you’re a student that would be rad. If you have a job of sorts that would also be good. We don’t care what your genitalia looks like, so all are welcome to apply.
