| Detailed Description |
| I regrettably have two bedrooms available - one room is available now, and one is available from 20th October.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, wireless internet ($30 per month) and there is tandem undercover parking shared with one other car, with street parking also available.
Tram 8 is a 5minute walk and gets you to the city in 20 minutes. The room is unfurnished so you will need to have your own bed/furnishings. The rest of the house is furnished, lounge, dining, kitchenware, but there's plenty of room for additional furniture if you have some, plus storage space in the garage. You will be sharing a connected ensuite with one housemate.
I will be signing a 6 month lease on the 20/10, so you must also want to also stay for that length of time.
I'd like to find people who like their own space, but also like to have a drink too. I've become great mates with my other two roomies, so I'd like to find the same again :) No party animals please! :) |
