| I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Chermside. 'The Edge' has won awards for its architectural design. With a common lap pool, and cinema you can book, it's also close to Westfield Chermside and a 2 minute walk to bus station. I have foxtel and wireless internet which are extra bills to the room rental price- I really need a flatmate that is willing to help with these two bills and will utilise the services..
It's important to note I share the apartment with a 3 month old short haired kitten called Henry. He doesn't shed at all though.
Your room has built ins and is sizeable. Fully furnished except for your room, but a queen bed matress is available which has hardly been slept in, if required. I'm clean, but let's be honest, by Friday, the house can look a tad messy. :) I am a 31 yo professional, and work fulltime in Insurance. If you are someone who brings the party home with you, then this is probably not for you. :) Smoking outside only.
