House: Incredibly light, renovated top floor apartment in a block of 8 (neighbours are all awesome) with a big functional kitchen, beautiful living area, new bathroom/laundry and cute as pie little balcony perfect for a morning cuppa or an intimate glass of vino in the evening. Location is the best, close to No. 96 No. 1 and No. 8 tram lines and 2 minutes from CERES. Right in the thick of Brunswick East seconds to PT, eating, caffeinating and drinks.
Housemate: A graphic designer works in the area. Likes yoga cooking, out or working most the time. A non smoker but if you need the occasional fix the balcony is there and you won’t be judged.
Huse Rules: Be clean and like the idea of living in a beautiful space, input welcome but please note there is not a huge amount of room so massive furniture may need to be negotiated but artworks are more than welcome. Being able to bring a bit of love and flair to the kitchen is considered pretty good.
