| We are two male professionals looking for another housemate to join our large, clean and modern, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Located just off High Street, in Kew, this great apartment is located on the 2nd (and top) floor, of a secure complex.
The room for rent is a large room with ceiling to floor built-in-robes and a wall heater. With high ceilings, the room is light and spacious. The housemate would be sharing a large clean bathroom with one other housemate.
The apartment boasts a large living area (easily fitting 2 sofas, a dining table and more) with a split system air con/heating and a sunny, north facing balcony. There is secure off-street undercover parking available.
We are very easy going guys and are looking for someone to join the lease as our 3rd housemate is leaving to move in with family.
Bus stop just down the street, and it's just a short walk to the tram stop and local shops.
