| I am a 34 yr old female Health Professional. I am looking for a new house mate as my current one and her dog are moving to the outer suburbs.
This South Yarra abode is an older style home that is homely and in a fantastic location. The room available is the front room. This room can fit a queen size bed with plenty of room to move. There is no BIR, but the departing occupant is willing to sell the existing 2 robes. The room has floor boards and a decrotive fireplace.
The house has open living, gas heating, one bathroom and a backyard. It is close to public transport, Chapel st and parklands. With both the city and St Kilda beaches a short distance from home.
I am looking for an easy going person that is tidy, considerate and interesting. I have no desire to have an animal in the house again, so no pets please. Bill (gas,electricity & water) will be shared and the house is mostly furnished with the bedroom unfurnished.
