You will also have your own bathroom and the apartment has a great layout perfect for a shared unit.
Rent Includes access to two onsite gyms and two swimming pools one of which is outdoor, perfect for summer.
Annandale and Supabarn are are 2 minute walk away with great coffee and restaurants and Glebe and Newtown are both in walking distance too.
Buses to the CBD pass the door and are really regular in the mornings if you work in the city. This really is a fab apartment and it's likely to go fast.
You will be sharing with one professional friendly (and tidy!) female, 35 who is looking for someone likeminded who is happy to share the odd glass of vino on the balcony but happy if you like your own space too.
