| As a house, Milton is “early everything” style wise and has an abundance of character.
Located opposite Tooronga station (15 mins from Flinders Street for those of you who prefer to choo choo to work), Milton is also a two-minute walk from Malvern Road and the 72 tram (if Yarra Trams if your preferred lesser of two evils).
ON OFFER:
1 x Queen-sized bedroom available, unfurnished (except for the gigantor/Narnia portal-esque wardrobe).
A lot can be done with the room to make it feel more homely and like your private sanctuary / Zumba studio / pillow fort.
Available from 21st October.
$215 (per week equivalent paid monthly), bills shared but not included (gas, water, electricity, internet)
SO HOW ABOUT US, AY?
We moved in just over a month ago and have had a friend staying in the available room (hence the mattress on the floor).
We’re easy going and like to share a meal and some wine. We’re looking for someone to join our social, open-minded and friendly house.
You’ll be sharing with:
• Jamie (male, 24), works a Marketing role in the Publishing industry and does some writing on the side. Avid film and TV fanatic, theatre connoisseur, music lover. Loves drinks at home, kooky things, and some trashy television (some highbrow stuff too!).
• Matt (male, 24), works for a tech company and has decked out the house, likes to travel, has a film degree (if you have ideas on what he can use it for, let him know), is a foodie, likes his wine and cider.
